Payments Terms of Use

These Payments Terms of Use set out the terms on which Plentrove payment entities provide payment services in connection with your use of Plentrove marketplace and partner services.
Capitalized terms not defined here have the same meaning provided in the applicable Plentrove User Agreement. If there is a conflict between user-agreement payment language and these managed-payments terms, these terms control for payment services.
Where another signed enterprise agreement, order form, or billing addendum governs payment operations for a specific account, that written agreement controls only to the extent of direct conflict and only for the scope it covers.

Effective May 8, 2026 for sellers who accept during new registration or otherwise on or after that date.
Effective July 8, 2026 for all other sellers.
